We ship internationally from Hong Kong. We currently deliver to: Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States and Australia.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped from our partner brands. If you encounter any issues with an order, please reach out to us as soon as you receive the item. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged at hello@belevivi.com.
