Shipping policy
At this time we do not offer international shipping. Belevivi charges a standard shipping fee on all orders shipping to Hong Kong.
Orders are shipped from our partner brands. If you encounter any issues with an order, please reach out to us as soon as you receive the item. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged at hello@belevivi.com.
Currently for our launch we are only delivering to Hong Kong. We plan to expand to other countries shortly. To be notified when we expand our delivery locations sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
