Hong Kong Homage Blossom Pink Ceramic Ginger Jar
Description
A tribute to Hong Kong in soft blossom pink, this ceramic ginger jar by The Ginger Jar Lamp Co. brings the city's skyline and everyday details into your home. The illustrated design celebrates Victoria Peak, Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong's subtropical character, with nostalgic touches and auspicious symbols woven through the scene.
Based on a specially commissioned watercolour by artist Fleur Kakasi, the pink-and-white artwork wraps around the jar's rounded form. Display it with its lid on a console or bookshelf, or remove the lid and use it as a generously proportioned vase for a full arrangement of flowers. It also makes a thoughtful gift for someone with a connection to Hong Kong.
